Free Naturopathy Consultations

Al Lulu Medical Center in Sharjah has launched free naturopathy consultations for the expatriate community. The initiative aims to address health issues commonly arising from workplace routines and lifestyle habits.

Expatriate workers in the UAE often face lifestyle diseases due to long working hours, limited physical activity, irregular eating patterns, and chronic stress. Conditions such as back pain, obesity, hypertension, digestive issues, diabetes, and fatigue are frequently reported among those who spend long hours sitting, driving, or performing physically demanding jobs. The new initiative focuses on offering early guidance and preventive care to help individuals manage these concerns before they escalate into serious health problems.

Dr. K.P. Jinshi from the Naturopathy Department explained that the goal is to identify and treat the root causes of illness by considering the body, mind, and spirit as one integrated system.

The free consultation service will be available for the next two weeks. Center Director, Dr. Zareena Moorkan, announced that until November 29th, individuals can discuss their health concerns and receive remedial guidance at the medical center from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM, on all days except Fridays.
